My Birthday getaway at the hotel was enjoyable overall, despite having to wait an hour and a half for check-in. The room was comfortable and clean, but the temperature was too hot, making me have to use the air conditioning and wear a sweater. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with good WiFi and TV channels. The location was close to our family, yet the smell of chlorine was a downside. The dining experience offered good quality food, but there could have been more options. The facilities were well-kept, although the hotel seemed old and possibly unsanitary in some areas.
